Chapman Valley Manor was founded in 1970, so we’ve been caring for loved ones, 65 and older for over 50 years. We are located in Chapman, KS, and serve Saline, Riley, Clay, Dickinson, Geary, Ottawa Counties, and beyond. It is our mission to care for loved ones as if they were family. We love them like our own, because they are!
Staff at Chapman Valley Manor is extensively trained to care for each of our residents. We ensure their safety, comfort, well-being, as well as nutritional needs. We also interact with them, keeping them active & engaged, and we offer activities, such as game nights, movie nights, daily worship opportunities, and even manicures and beauty days!
We offer on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to assist your loved one after a hospitalization or medical incident so they can get home as soon as possible.
Our facility is fully licensed by the State of Kansas, and we are a skilled Medicare Part A facility. We accept private pay, Medicaid and Medicare. Chapman Valley Manor is a 35 – bed facility with a beautiful garden and patio area, as well. Call us today to get started! We can’t wait to meet you!

Chapman Valley Manor really is our motto: A Tradition of Caring. We have been serving Chapman, KS and the surrounding areas for over 50 years. We were established in 1970, and we are a non-profit, community-owned 40 bed nursing facility.
It is our mission to treat our residents like family. We ensure our facility feels like home, and we take pride in engaging with our residents as we care for them. We love them and consider them a part of our extended families!
We offer 24/7 nursing care, short-term stays, and adult day care services.
Our staff is extensively trained to provide necessities for residents’ comfort, safety, well-being, and nutritional needs. Our meals feel, look, and taste like they were homecooked!
